An IT consultant with over 23 years experience under his belt, Romain has been involved with every aspect of the industry, from basic troubleshooting with customers to managing network operations. He was instrumental in consolidating distributed operations into a single, redundant, off-site datacenter and delivery of the first locally-hosted cloud backup solution.

A strong proponent of data security, IT process transparency, cloud technologies and cloud adoption, Romain has worked with C&W since 2010 to move businesses onto our networks and into our datacenters.

 In his current role, he supports the sales process through value-driven engagement and negotiation with clients to align C&W’s solutions to their business needs.

Studied at Florida International university, graduated with a bachelors in business administration in 1984.Returned home to run the family business Compact Car Rental 

Became involved in the JUDA and served on the board first as a director then VP to Mike Campbell then became the youngest president of the esteemed Association 

Started his own business in the manufacturing sector and became the President of the Jamaica Manufacturers Association.  

He oversaw the merger of the JMA and the Jamaica Exporters Association to form the JMEA where he served as the first president for 4 years. 

He currently runs JFP one of the Caribbean’s largest contract manufacturing furniture companies. 

He serves as chairman of 2 government boards Jamaica Productivity Center and The Jamaica Special economic Zone Authority as well as being Deputy Chairman of Jampro. In the private sector he serves as board member of AMG packaging and Paramount Trading , two publicly traded companies  

He is married with 2 grown children 1 grandchild and two step children

Sandra Samuels

Aesthetician & Barber and most importantly an Entrepreneur , the CEO of the over 25 year old Totally Male Limited, the only business in the Caribbean that caters to the aesthetic and grooming needs of men only, catered to by women only.

Armed with her practical skills along with Certification received from the U.W. I. and UTECH, The Face Place- School of Aesthetics, University of New Orleans and her life training she has conducted grooming courses and Motivational talks for well known institutions such as BNS, RBTT, Pulse, UWI, UTECH, LOJ and the Office of the Prime Minister just to name a few. As an employer of over 2 decades Sandra is well equipped and well versed in the knowledge of customer service, grooming requirements and employees needs.

Sandra is a Past President of the Rotary Club of St. Andrew North, she is a member of the Management Committee of the HEART College of Beauty Services. She is the 2009 winner of the NCB Nation Builders Award in the area of Women Business Owners. Totally Male also won the Jamaica Observer Award-Spa of the year-for men 2011 & 2014 JA Observer Award best spot for hair care. She has a Master’s in Business Administration. She loves to run and go to the gym, church & socialize as she believes that life is all about balance.

Hilary Reid

Partner in one of the largest law firms in Jamaica, and one of the largest in the English-speaking Caribbean, Myers, Fletcher & Gordon, which provides a wide variety of legal services to local and international clients.

Hilary Reid obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the West Indies and completed her professional training at the Norman Manley Law School. She was admitted to practice at the Jamaican bar in 1997 and to the Eastern Caribbean Bar in 2002. She has worked with Myers, Fletcher & Gordon since her admission to practice and has been a partner there since 2003.

She is a member of the General Legal Council (the body which regulates attorneys-at-law carrying on private practice in Jamaica) and a director of NCB Insurance Company Limited, Coverdale Trust Services Limited and its subsidiaries, all regulated entities. Hilary is the chair of the committee put together by the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica which spearheaded the changes recommended to the current insolvency regime in Jamaica culminating in the new insolvency legislation which was passed on October 31, 2014. She is also Chairman of the Jamaican Bar Association’s Commercial Law Committee and has also served as a part of that committee’s sub-group which reviewed the Security Interests in Personal Property Act, attending the Joint Select Committee of Parliament’s meetings to assist with the review and finalization of this legislation which came into force on January 2, 2014.

 

Dino Hinds

Dino Hinds has over 22 years experience in Investment and Commercial Banking.  He has held several senior roles in the local financial sector including Senior VP for Treasury Trading and Asset Management at Mayberry Investments and Acting Head of Treasury and Investments at First Global Bank.  Dino has extensive expertise in the areas of FX trading, bond trading, asset and liability management, equity trading and pension fund management.  He has served on various committees such as the asset and liability committee and the revenue committee.  His expertise spans both back office operations and revenue generating departments.  

During his career Dino has generated billions of dollars annually for the companies he has worked with.  During the past three years he has lead the team that grew revenues at MFS Group from 5 million annually to currently over 200 million annually.

Kim Lee is an award-winning marketer and strategic thinker, having earned a track record of developing and executing innovative marketing and operating plans for popular consumer brands. In her current role as B2B Marketing Manager, she leads overall marketing development, including strategy, branding, advertising, communications, partnership marketing, and new product development for the Jamaica Business.

Lee began her career working with local and international media houses including Florida-based WAVS RADIO 1170 AM and Award Winning Literary Arts Magazine -Pan’Ku, before moving to Jamaica to work with the RJR Communications Group and later, FAME FM. Experiencing first-hand the dynamism of marketing, Lee transitioned into the field and has remained for the past 15 years. During this time, she has held senior marketing roles at Trade Winds Citrus Limited and Red Stripe before joining LIME Jamaica, which later transition to FLOW Jamaica after the merger.

Since joining FLOW Jamaica, Kim has spearheaded the retail and street execution of advertising for Pre-paid mobile, Mobile data, Television and Broadband that established the company as the ‘Champion of value’ in mobile, television and broadband. She also laid the foundation for FLOW copping 11 awards for multimedia campaigns in the international Telly Awards 2017 — the premier award for the best in TV and cable, digital and streaming, and non-broadcast productions.

Kim is a mother of 2 children, Simon and Rhemy and possesses a Bachelors of Science in Communications with a minor in English from the Florida International University.
